  1. I just saw a famous Naples pizzeria is now shipping their pizzas (frozen) worldwide. How cool is that!? However, like you, we like making pizza at home. I’ve had potatoes on pizza a couple of times, and it’s a fun and surprisingly delicious topping. I love the pesto + potato vibes here! Perfect for a Friday night pizza night!

  2. I actually ordered the pizzas from Naples that DAVID mentioned — as a gift for someone who needed food during quarantine. He said they were fantastic. Me? I’d rather make my own, and yours sounds really good. The pesto recipe with mint and spinach in addition to the standard basil sounds amazing.

  3. How I crave the fresh, bold taste of pesto! It’s been tough to get fresh basil, for reasons unknown, so I’m thrilled to see you’ve devised a version to use dried instead. I absolutely must try this ASAP!

  4. Oh how delicious! I love the history lesson, too. 🙂 My son has been making a huge batch of pesto every week during the quarantine, so I’m ready to go. ~Valentina
