Mango and mint mocktail is a refreshing, spicy, sweet, tangy and delicious mocktail recipe made with plain sparkling water and mangoes.
Mango mocktail or mango mint sparkling water is a delicate and very easy drink recipe you can try to beat the heat. We are enjoying our very first summer in Canada. I have managed to find mangoes here.
What type of mangoes can be use to make this drink?
Well, You can use any type of mangoes. I have used frozen kesar mango variety here. I have also tried this recipe with alphonso mango when I was in India. Additionally, ataulfo variety is widely available in USA and Canada So you can try this mango mint drink with ataulfo mangoes too.
Ingredients to make mango mint mocktail
Mangoes – Ripe mangoes are the hero of the recipe. Which ever variety you use, make sure they are ripe.
Sparkling water – plain sparkling water is needed. In India, sparkling water is known as “plain soda” too.
Seasoning – This recipe has a bit of spiciness. paprika powder (red chili powder) is used here. Other than that sugar, mint and chaat masala is used to enhance the taste.
