eggless chocolate brownies are the ultimate dessert if you ask me. Especially, Brownies that is topped with vanilla ice cream is my weakness. These brownies are 100% vegetarian, super delicious, fudgy, easy to make and what else you need!
Eggless brownie is the recipe I wanted to share here for so long. Finally, I came up with a full proof recipe which I am sure will definitely work for you. I personally enjoy brownies in my breakfast with “masala chai” and in Dessert where brownies have to be topped with vanilla icecream.

Brownie history
In 1893 Bertha Palmer asked a pastry chef for a dessert suitable for ladies attending the Chicago World’s Columbian Exposition. She requested a cake-like confection smaller than a piece of cake that could be included in boxed lunches. The result was the Palmer House Brownie with walnuts and an apricot glaze.
