Cherries are in the season right now and I was so tempted to make a summer cool recipe from fresh cherries. Mix some fresh cherry crush, some sugar, some spices, soda and you are good to go 🙂
Are you a mocktail lover? Yes, then you will surely love this recipe. This is something different and something easy 🙂 The season of cherry starts from June to early September. Cherries are one of my favorite fruit from childhood. My father always made sure that we get cherries when in season no matter how costly they are. In the place where I was brought up, cherries were uncommon at that time and it usually came one single time in the market during the season.
Well, Coming back to the recipe, This mocktail, let me tell you, is one the easiest and quickest recipes you can make. The maximum time, consumed here is to remove seeds from cherries (to make pitted cherries🍒)
Main steps to prepare this recipe,
- Step 1 – remove the seeds from the cherries.
- Step 2 – add pitted cherries, salt, sugar, and red chili powder into a mixer and crush to a smooth paste.
- Step 3 – Assemble it.
Ingredients to make cherry mocktails,
Fresh cherries – Hero ingredient of the recipe.
Seasoning and spices – salt, sugar, and a pinch of red chili powder is used in this recipe. Red chili powder is optional here.
Soda and ginger ale – You can use plain soda water or ginger ale whatever you like.
