Ingredients

whole wheat flour
½
cup
water
as per need
salt to taste

tbsp
oil

tsp
oil
for kneading dough
ghee/oil/butter
to roast paratha
Instructions
take a bowl and add wheat flour.
add salt to your taste.
add some oil.
mix it well. knead your dough.
add water as required.
prepare a soft dough.
allow it to set for 20 min atleast.
take a portion and prepare a small ball.
roll it to a thin circle.
pleat the roti as shown in below image.
after pleating, roll the pleated dough in a tight circle. join the edges.
roll it gently.
heat tava.
gently place paratha on the hot tava.
spread some ghee/ butter/oil on both sides.
roast it to golden brown.
serve hot.
