broken wheat

salt to taste

Instructions
wash and cut your veggies and keep aside.
heat ghee in a pressure cooker. add cumin.
when they crackle add garlic and onion. saute for a while.
add mix vegetables and mix.
add salt to your taste.
add broken wheat/dalia and mix.
add water and cover with the lid.
pressure cook for 6-7 whisltes.
serve hot.
