stuffed capsicum recipe
Stuffed capsicum is a very flavorful North Indian recipe where bell peppers OR shimla mirchi are stuffed by spiced potato mixture.

Instructions
wash your capsicum and remove the seeds. meanwhile, boil your potatoes.
keep aside.
mash your potatoes and keep aside.
heat oil in pan.
add mustard seeds and cumins.
add a pinch of asafoetida and curry leaves.
add green chilies and onion.
saute for a while.
add turmeric powder,red chili powder, coriander powder and salt.
mix.
add mashed potaotes.
mix and simmer for 2 mins. filling is ready.
stuff the capsicum with potato filling.
heat a little bit oil in a same pan.
gently put the stuffed capsicum into it.
add a little bit of water.
cook until the capsicums are softened.
