Street style pav bhaji recipe

Instructions
Wash your vegetables and cut them into medium pieces.
Transfer in a pressure cooker and boil for 4-5 whistles.
Mash them and keep aside.
Heat oil in pan.
Add cumins.
Add onion and saute.
Add tomatoes and cook until soften.
Add boiled and mashed vegatbles.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Mix it well. Cook the mixture for 6-8 mins.
Heat butter.
add ginger chili garlic paste. Also, add
pavbhaji masala
.
mix it well.
Add red food color and mix.
Sprinkle some coriander on the top and serve with fresh ladi pav.
