Stir-fry broccoli
Broccoli Stir fry
is a very delicious and easy recipe that goes best with steamed rice. Broccoli is sauteed in butter and has some prominent garlic flavour.

Deep pan (with lid preferable)
Ingredients

cups
broccoli
chopped
salt to taste
2
tablespoon
butter
I used salted butter here
black pepper powder to taste

teaspoon
garlic
minced
Instructions
heat pan and add butter.
Add washed and chopped broccoli.
add garlic and mix well.
add salt and pepper.
cook broccoli for 5 min on medium flame.
serve hot.
Notes
You can use either salted or unsalted butter for this recipe. In both cases, Adjust the amount of salt.
I have used frozen broccoli here. Using fresh broccoli is always a better choice.
