semolina / sooji

ghee / clarified butter

milk

water

dry-fruits
finely chopped

tsp
cardamom powder

tbsp
coconut powder

sugar
[approx] adjust to your taste
Instructions
heat ghee.
when ghee melts properly, add semolina/sooji.
roast sooji until golden-brown on medium flame.
when the sooji is roasted properly, add milk.
milk starts boiling immediately.
add water and mix.
add coconut powder.
add sugar and cook.
cook the mixture until it leaves the side.
add cardamom powder.
add some dry-fruits and mix.
serve hot.
