urad dal (black skinless splitgram)

chana dal
Instructions
take a pan and add a drop of oil in it.
add coriander seeds and cumin.
add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
add methi dana /fenugreek seeds and dry red chilies.
add coconut.
add urad dal and chana dal.
roast them on medium flame.
roast until it leaves aroma and turns into golden brown color.
let it cool down.
transfer in a mixer jar.
crush them to a fine powder.
store in airtight container.
