Ingredients
to soak sabudana

sabudana/sagos
1.5

water
to soak it

milk

cup
condensed milk

mix dry fruits
chopped

tsp
cardamom powder/elaichi
Instructions
wash sabudana in running water and soak it for 1 hour. (use normal cold water to soak sagos).
take a pan and transfer the milk into it.
meanwhile, drain your sabudanas and keep it aside.
now, add soaked sabudanas into the milk.
bring the mixture to boil.
it takes usually 10 to 15 mins to cook. check if sabudanas are soft enough.
now, add sugar according to your taste and mix. cook another 3 to 4 mins.
also, add cardamom powder.
turn off the flame and mix.
add some dry fruits.
allow it to cool down completely.
serve warm or chilled.

you can use regular sugar or brown sugar instead of condensed milk.
