Instructions
Soak rose petals into warm milk first.
Place the strainer in a deep bowl.
Also place kitchen cotton towel or muslin cloth on the strainer.p
Pour fresh curd on the cloth.Tie the cloth tightly and refrigerate it for 1 hour. You will see that the liquid has drained off.
Transfer the drained curd in a mixing bowl.
Add sugar.
add cardamom powder, dry fruit, rose petal and milk mix, red food color.
mix it well.
serve chilled.
