Ingredients

makhana
1
tbsp
ghee / clarified butter
½
tsp
garlic chutney
1
tsp
turmeric powder /haldi powder
salt to taste
Instructions
microwave your makhana before use for a minute.
Heat ghee in Kadai.
add garlic chutney and turmeric powder.
Saute it for a while.
Add makhana and salt.
Roast makhana for 4 minutes on medium flame.
store in air tight container.
Notes
If you don't have garlic chutney , then use 1/4 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 tsp red chili powder.
Don't have a microwave?? not to worry. Just before making DRY ROAST makhana for 2 mins
