you can use up to 1/2 cup

mix herbs
to your taste

breadcrumbs
for the potato mixture
oil
to deep fry

breadcrumbs
for rolling
for cornflour slurry

tbsp
corn flour

cup
water

chili flakes
Instructions
in a mixing bowl, add leftover rice and boiled potatoes.
add grated cheese.
add black pepper powder.
add chili flakes to your taste and mix herbs as well.
add salt to your taste.
mix it.
add breadcrumbs and combine well.
take a small portion of potato mixture.
make a ball and give it to a cylindrical shape.
in a bowl, add corn flour.
add water.
add some chili flakes.
prepare cornflour slurry.
dip cylindrical shaped nugget we prepared earlier into the slurry.
roll this dipped nugget into breadcrumbs. make sure it is coated well.
heat oil in kadai.
gently place nuggets into the hot oil.
deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
enjoy.
