salt to taste

green chili
chopped

for the steamer
Instructions
take a pan and add water.
add salt, ginger,chili,cumin and oil.
bring this water to boil.
add rice flour and mix.
make sure to avoid lumps.
simmer this mixture for 4-6 mins.
take a portion and prepare a medium size dumpling.
prepare your steamer.
transfer this dumplings into the steamer and steam it for 10 mins.
serve hot. sprinkle some paprika if you like.
