Rava ladoo OR Suji laddu is another delicious Indian Sweet recipe that is prepared during Indian festivals. This Rava Ladoo tastes delicious with a bit of crunch. These ladoos are very easy to make and a few ingredients required.

1 cup fine semolina/sooji/rava, ½ cup coconut flour /coconut flakes
Heat pan.
Add jaggery and ghee together.
½ cup jaggery, ½ cup + 2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
Melt jaggery on very low flame. DO NOT TURN THE FLAME HIGH.
Once the jaggery is melted, transfer roasted sooji and coconut into that.
Add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Mix well.
Cool it down a bit.
When its still warm enough, prepare laddus with your palm. Finally, serve rava ladoo / suji laddu once cooled completely or store in airtight container for 2 weeks.
