Rajasthani (marwari) kadhi recipe
Rajasthani/marwadi kadhi is very delicious, thick and tempting kadhi recipe made from spiced curd and other basic indian spices. This kadhi ia minimal style kadhi which requires almost no veggies like onions.

Ingredients

curd / yogurt

curry leaves

Instructions
Take a mixing bowl and transfer curd in it. Add water,gram flour, salt to taste and pinch of turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Transfer directly into the pan.
Add green chilies.
Simmer 10 mins on medium flame.
Keep aside.
preparing tadka/tempering
Take a tadka pan and add oil.
Add mustard seeds and cumin. When they crackle add asafoetida and garlic.
Add curry leaves, bay leaves and dry red chilies.
Gently mix. turn off the flame.
Pour this tadka on the kadhi.
Serve hot with rice and chapati.

You can add onions if you like. If you want to add onions then add them along with garlic when preparing tadka.
