Ajwain/carom seeds

Bajra flour/pearl millet flour

water
jaggery / gud to taste
Instructions
heat your pan first.
keep the flame medium and heat ghee.
add ajwain(carom seeds) in the ghee.
Add bajra(pearl millet flour) and roast.
Roast until golden brown. Keep the flame low.
once the flour is roasted and turns into golden brown color, Add water.
Also add jaggery and mix well.
Boil the mixture for 5 mins on medium flame.
Serve hot.
Notes
You can replace Bajara Flour with whole wheat flour. Taste will differ slightly.
Do NOT skip jaggery. You can not use sugar in this recipe.
This recipe is a remedy for cold and cough. I recommend to have it warm.
