spinach /palak

to blanch spinach

Instructions
take a mixer jar and add onion, tomato, and garlic.
crush it to a smooth paste.
add 2-3 tbsp water if required and prepare a smooth paste.
take a large vessel and boil the water first.
meanwhile, wash your spinach leaves.
gently put spinach leaves in boiling water and blanch for 6-7 mins.
drain it and prepare a smooth puree.keep aside.
heat oil in a pan.
add cumin.
add tomato onion paste.
add turmeric powder and cook for 4 mins.
now, add red chili powder ,coriander powder.
add salt to your taste.
cook the gravy until thicken and leaves oil from sides.
add spinach/palak puree.
mix it well.
cook for another 4 mins.
add fresh cream.
add paneer cubes.
mix and serve hot.
