Instructions
Take a bowl and add
yogurt
.
Also, add salt, cumin powder, ginger and chili.
mix well.
add sugar and mix well.
add pomegranate seeds and mix well.
garnish with coriander.
serve with paratha or pulao

Notes
You can add 1/2 cup of pomegranate juice along with pomegranate seeds into the curd.
DO NOT ADD WATER. Raita should be thick.
This raita can stays fresh for 3 days when store in a refrigerator. Remember,If you add onions then don't store it for more than a day.
