idli podi powder
salt to taste

ghee /clarified butter
a
pinch of
red chili powder
optional

Instructions
prepare your idlis and cool it down. cut into the pieces and keep aside.
heat ghee in pan.
add idli pieces.
add podi powder and salt to your taste.
add a pinch of red chili powder.
mix well.
add water and cook for 3 mins.
podi idli is ready.
serve hot.
