red chili powder

oregano

tomato puree

Instructions
wash your tomatoes and chop it finely.
heat butter and oil in pan.
add finely chop/minced garlic and saute it.
add tomatoes and tomato puree.
add salt.
add oregano and basil.
add sugar and red chili powder.
simmer it for 5 mins.
it becomes mushy. Your sauce is ready.
You can crush to a smooth paste if you want.
cool completely.
store it a refrigerator.

Notes
If you managed to get fresh basil then use a handful of fresh basil. I am using dried basil for the situation when you are unable to get basil leaves.
always store this sauce in air tight container.
drizzle some oil on the top while keeping i refrigerator.
This sauce can remain fresh for 4-5 days.
