Parathas are very common in an indian household. Paratha can be served in breakfast or in the main course.

whole wheat flour
water
as required(to prepare the dough)

tablespoon
oil
to knead a dough
salt to taste
2-3
tablespoon
ghee
to spread on paratha
ghee or cooking oil
to roast parathas

Instructions
Take a large bowl and transfer the flour in that.
1 cup whole wheat flour
add oil and salt according to your taste and mix it.

1 tablespoon oil
Add water as required and prepare a smooth dough.

cover the bowl with lid and keep it aside for 15 mins.
take a portion of the dough and make a small ball. dust some flour on the rolling space and roll the ball to a medium thick circle.
spread some ghee and pleat the circle completely.
2-3 tablespoon ghee
now roll the pleated and sealed ball again to a medium thick circle.
heat your tava and gently put the rolled paratha on the hot tava.
spread ghee or oil on the both sides and roast until golden brown.
ghee or cooking oil
serve hot with
pickle
,curry or
chutney
.
