Ingredients
for stuffing

paneer
salt to your taste

green chili

for dough,

whole wheat flour

tsp
oil
salt to taste

water
to knead dough
other,
6-7

ghee/oil
to roast parathas
Instructions
for stuffing,
take a bowl.
add crumbled paneer.
add chopped onions and green chilies.
add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to your taste.
add some fresh coriander leaves.
mix it well.
keep it aside.
for dough,
add flour in mixing bowl.
add salt to your taste.
add oil.
start making your dough.
add required water.
prepare a really smooth dough.
allow it to set for 20 mins at least.
paratha preparation,
take a portion of dough and prepare a small ball.
roll the ball to a 3-inch circle.
Place stuffing in the center of the circle.
pleat your dough.
Prepare a medium-size paratha.
heat tava.
Gently put your paratha on hot tava.
spread ghee/ oil on both sides.
roast golden brown on both sides.
serve hot.
