Ingredients
1cupJaggerychopped or grated or powdered
3cups water
salt to taste
1tablespoongingergrated
apinch ofred chilli powder
apinch of black salt
1 to 2 tablespoonlemon juice1 large lemon approx
1teaspoonroasted cumin powderoptional
Instructions
First take a deep bowl and add jaggery into that.
Add water and stir it. Stir the mixture to melt jaggery quickly in the water. You can keep aside this mixture for 15 to 20 minutes or until jaggery metls. Note - Jaggery takes more time to melt in the water than sugar.
Once jaggery is melted properly, add lemon juice, salt, black salt, red chili powder and grated ginger.
