Ingredients
for stuffing,

cup + 1 tbsp
moong dal green

water
to boil moong dal

for dough,

whole wheat flour

to prepare dough (approx)

Instructions
For Stuffing
Pressure cook half cup of green moong dal with a cup of water. keep aside.
chop spinach(palak) and keep aside.
heat oil in a pan. add cumin.
add onion and saute for a while. Add ginger garlic paste, and besan. saute it for a while.(besan gives some aromatic texture)
Add chopped spinach(palak), salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
Add boiled moong dal and mix well. keep aside.
For Dough
Take a bowl and transfer whole wheat flour. Add salt and oil and mix well.
Add water slowly and prepare a soft dough.
knead well and keep aside. Allow it to set for 20 min atleast.
Paratha Preparation
take a portion of dough and prepare a small ball.
roll the ball to a 3-inch circle.
Place stuffing in the center of the circle.
pleat your dough.
Prepare a medium-size paratha.
heat tava.
Gently put your paratha on hot tava.
spread ghee/ oil on both sides.
roast golden brown on both sides.
serve hot.
