first, you have to prepare the moong beans. soak moong beans for 4-5 hours.drain it.if you have some time then keep it in airtight container for 4-5 hour to prepare sprouts.
take a large bowl and transfer moong beans to the bowl.
add cucumber, carrots and mangoes.
season the salad with salt, chili flakes and basil.
toss and mix.
enjoy.
