Instructions
for topping
take mixing bowl.
add boiled moong beans.
add chopped onions.
add chopped tomatoes.
add some chili flakes according to your taste.
add mix herbs.
add some grated cheese.
add some fresh coriander.
mix it.
assembling
place Monaco biscuits on the serving plate.
spread some tomato catchup on the biscuits.
place some topping.
spread some grated cheese.
sprinkle some coriander leaves.
serve immediately.

Notes
soak 1/4 cup of moong beans for 40 mins in hot water and then boil it. this measurement will give almost 1/2 cup boiled moong beans.
if you don't have mix-herbs, use chaat masala. It also tastes good.
avoid chilli flakes if you are making the recipe for your little kiddo.
