milk powder
¼
cup
ghee/clarified butter
¼
cup
milk
sugar as per your taste
optional
4-5
saffron threads
¼
cup
dryfruits
optional
Instructions
in a kadai, heat ghee first.
add milk.
add half quantity of milk powder.
add sugar.
mix and avoid lumps.
add remaining milk powder.
add some saffron threads for the flavor.
mix and keep stirring.
cook the mixture until thickens and leaves the pan.
turn off the flame and add dryfruits.
allow it to cool down.
take a portion and prepare a medium size ball. give a peda shape to it.
enjoy.
