first, chop your mangoes and prepare cardamom powder(if you don't have). I am using ready-made cardamom powder here.
Take a mixer jar and transfer mangoes in it.
Add cardamom powder.
Add curd in it. I am using homemade curd.
Add sugar as required. At this stage, you can add 1/4 cup water as well.
Blend it well.
Pour lassi in tall glasses and serve. if you want, you can Garnish with saffron and dry fruits.
Serve chilled.

You can use any variety of mangoes here in this recipe. Alphonso, kesar, langda etc. anything you prefer. If you are in USA or Canada then You can even use Ataulfo mangoes too.
Make sure you rmangoes are ripe and sweet. if you mangoes are sour in taste then you have to adjust the amount of sugar.
