malai peda recipe
Peda is a traditional sweet recipe which is prepared during Indian festivals. This version of malai peda is very quick and easy as its name suggests (instant).

Ingredients

milk powder

condensed milk

tbsp
ghee/clarified butter

tsp
cardamom powder
¼
cup
milk
to soak saffron
6-7
saffron threads
4-5
pistachios
chopped
Instructions
heat
ghee
in a pan and add condensed milk.
mix
condensed milk
well with ghee. keep the flame medium.
slowly add milk powder and whisk it well to avoid lumps.
cook the mixture until it leaves the sides. Keep stirring continuously.
once the mixture is cooked, add cardamom powder and saffron milk.
mix it really well and cook the mixture for a minute.
cool it down completely.
grease your hands with ghee.
take a small amount of mixture and prepare pedas.
garnish with your favorite dry fruit(i used pistachios)
enjoy.
