to cook gravy

jaggery / sugar
Instructions
heat pan and dry roast peanuts and sesame until golden brown.
when it comes to room temparature, transfer them in mixture jar.
add onion, garlic, green chili and ginger.
add fresh corinader and crush them to a smooth paste.
heat oil in pan.
add cumins.when they crackle add asafoetida.
add chopped onions and saute it for a while.
add peanut paste and gratted tomato.
add turmeric powder, red chili powder,coriander powder and garam masala.
add salt to your tatse.
cook the gravy until thicken.
now, add washed brinjals.mix it well.
add water and mix.
cook the mixture until brinjals / eggplants are soft enough.
serve hot with roti.
