curry leaves

red chili powder

turmeric powder

fresh coriander
for garnishing
Instructions
heat oil in kadai.
add mustard seeds and cumins.
when the seeds splutter, add curry leaves.
add onions and green chili.
saute it for a while.
add red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
add salt to taste.
add water.
allow it to boil.
now, add besan and stir it continuously.
avoid lumps.
simmer the mixture for 3-4 mins.
serve hot with bhakhri.
