Ingredients

dates

to knead dough
ghe/oil/butter
to roast paratha
Instructions
stuffing preparation,
remove the seeds of dates. Make sure to remove each seed else it will damage your mixer.
transfer dates into a mixer jar.
add milk.
crush to a smooth paste.
keep aside.
dough preparation,
take a large bowl.
add whole wheat flour in that.
add some salt and oil.
add water as needed.
prepare a soft dough.
add some oil and knead for 5 mins.
allow the dough to set for 5 to 10 mins.
keep aside.
paratha preparation,
take a portion of the dough and make small ball.
flatten a bit.
take a portion of the stuffing and prepare a ball.
place the stuffing on the flattened paratha.
pleat the dough well.
now, roll the ball to a medium thick circle.
heat tava.
place the paratha on hot tava.
spread ghee on both sides.
roast until golden brown.
serve hot.

Notes
you can add 2-3 almonds along with dates. This will give a prominent taste to the stuffing.
you can use oil OR butter instead of ghee to roast paratha.
