Ingredients
for pakoras,

onion ,sliced
2 medium size onions [approx]

red chili powder

asafoetida

to deep fry pakoras
for kadhi,

curd / yogurt

gram flour / besan

red chili powder
to your taste

turmeric powder
salt to taste

curry leaves

green chilies

kasoori methi
(dry fenugreek leaves)
Instructions
preparing pakoras,
take a large mixing bowl.
add sliced onions.
add gram flour.
add turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chili powder and coriander powder.
add salt to your taste.
mix it. squeeze onions and mix.
add water as required and prepare a very thick batter for the pakoras.
heat oil.
take a small amount of batter and gently place into the hot oil.
fry the pakoras until golden brown.
keep aside.
preparing kadhi,
take a bowl add curd.
add gram flour.
add turmeric powder,red chili powder.
add salt.
add water and prepare a lump-free mixture.
heat oil in kadai.
add mustard seeds.
when they crackle add cumins and asafoetida.
add curry leaves.
add curd mixture and mix.
add green chilies.
add some kasoori methi.
boil this mixture for 7-8 mins.
when the mixture is cooked, add pakoras and serve hot.
