curry leaves

coriander
for garnishing
salt to taste
Instructions
cook your rice first and keep it aside.
heat ghee in pan.
add cumin.
add bay leaf and cinnamon.
also, add curry leaves.
add sliced onions and saute.
add some salt.
add cooked rice and mix.
add some fresh coriander and enjoy with dal.
