transfer curd in a muslin cloth. bring the four edges of the muslin together and tie cloth tightly using thread.gently press and you will see the whey dripping.Hang the tied cloth on sink tap to drain whey completely. check out our detailed post on DIY hungcurd here.
making dip
transfer hung curd in a mixing bowl.
add salt to taste.
also add oregano, basil and chilli flakes.
add garlic and mix well.
add cream OR regular curd and mix well.
your dip is ready.
serve along with chips and crackers.
Notes
You can replace hung curd with unflavored (plain) Greek yogurt.
adjust the amount of garlic and chilli flakes according to your taste.
you can even add 1 tsp of chopped fresh mint leaves if you like.
