Instructions
In a thick bottom pan, mix
1 can coconut milk
and
⅓ cup sugar
together, whisk and make sure there are no lumps.
On a medium flame, cook coconut milk and sugar mixture. Stir the mixture frequently.
You will notice, first mixture will start bubbling and then it starts getting thickened.
After cooking for about 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame, you will notice the mixture has significantly reduced.
That's it, turn off the flame and cool down the mixture. It will start getting thicker once cools down - trust the process:)
Your very own, vegan condensed milk is ready :)
