Instructions
Boil Milk and allow it to come to room temperature.
Add milk in container or vessel. here i take my yogurt special deep vessel.
Add 1.5 tbsp curd into the milk and mix them well.
Cover vessel with lid.
keep this vessel in warm
place.Do
not open vessel for 6 hours at-least.(if you are making this at night, keep vessel in warm place overnight)
after 6 hours OR overnight, check vessel. If you see light greeny water on sides, your curd is ready.
Use as per your requirement.
This curd remains fresh for 3 days when store in Refrigerate. If refrigerator is not available then use this curd in a Day.
Notes
I recommend putting your vessel in a microwave if you live in a colder place.Make sure to switch off your microwave.
In winter, add 2 tbsp of curd to milk. In chilly weather, the curd will not set easily.
For summers, use 1 tbsp to 1.5 tbsp curd.
