Instructions
First, heat milk in a pan. Boil milk until temprature increases to 185˚F.
once temperature reaches 185˚F, turn off the flame.
allow milk to cool down. milk should be at room temperature. the temparature of the milk would be around 110˚F.
Transfer this warm milk in a clay inner pot.
Add yogurt into the milk and whisk well.
place this inner pot into vitaclay cooker.
cover this pot with the clay lid and close vitaclay lid.
start vitaclay cooker.
Select "yogurt' settings and set time for 8 hours.
machine will start and yogurt will be ready after 8 hours.
