Instructions
take a pan and transfer oats into the pan.
dry roast it for 5 -8 mins on medium flame until it leaves aroma.
cool it down.
transfer to a food processor or a mixer jar.
churn and churn to make a fine powder.
store in an airtight container.
Use as needed in oat flour recipes. Remember to measure after blending. Enjoy!
