Instructions
Take mixer jar first. add green chilies and ginger.
2-3 small green chilies,
1 inch ginger
Add mint leaves.
¼ cup mint leaves
Add spinach leaves and coriander.
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves,
½ cup spinach leaves
Crush to a smooth paste.
Take a mixing bowl.
Transfer the paste into the bowl.
Add besan.
2 tablespoon gram flour
Add some curd.
1 tablespoon curd
Add salt to taste.

Add garlic paste.
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Add coriander powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
¼ teaspoon red chili powder,
1 teaspoon coriander powder,
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Mix it well.
Add paneer cubes, onions to it.
100 to 250 grams fresh paneer,
1 medium onion
Mix well and marinate it for 30 mins to 2 hours.
Gently place the paneer and other veggies on skewers.
Place the tikkas on the tawa or directly on the flame.
Brush some oil.
2 tablespoon oil
Roast it and enjoy.
Notes
You can use capsicum and potatoes as well.
While roasting tikkas,brushing some oil on the tikkas will prevent tikkas from drying.
