grilled pineapple recipe

Ingredients

can or 450 grm
pineapple
diced
1
tbsp
red chili powder
½
tbsp
coriander powder
¼
tsp
turmeric powder
2
tbsp
curd
1
tsp
gram flour
4-5
drops
oil
½
tbsp
ginger chili paste
2-3
garlic
minced
Instructions
take a large mixing bowl first.
add salt.
add red chili powder and turmeric powder.
add coriander powder.
add ginger chili paste.
add gram flour.
add oil.
add crushed garlic.
add some curd and mix it well.
add pineapple cubes.mix it well.
marinate it for 1 hour at least.
insert marinated pineapple into the skewers.
roast it on the stove flame or in tandoor.
serve hot.

Notes
I used canned pineaaple here. If you are using fresh one, use 1 medium size pineapple for this measurement.
if you are using fresh pineapple, mix 2 tsp sugar in 1/4 cup water and prepare a sugar water and mix it along with curd.
