Ingredients
1 to 2

sweet potatoes
1½ cup approx

tbsp
ghee / clarified butter
1
tbsp
sugar
adjust to your taste
¼
tsp
cardamom powder

tbsp
mix dry fruit powder

Instructions
Wash and peel sweet potatoes. peel off the skin and chop into medium pieces.
heat pan.
Heat ghee. once Ghee is hot enough, add sweet potatoes.
saute it for a while.
cover the pan with the lid and cook for 5 to 6 min on medium flame.
check if potatoes are cooked enough.
now, add sugar and cardamom powder.
mix well and cook for another 2 mins.
once the potatoes are cooked and sugar is melted, serve hot.
sprinkle some chopped or powdered dry fruits on the top.
Notes
You can use honey instead of sugar.
You can use either chopped or powdered dry fruits like almonds, cashews etc. You can completely avoid it too.
