Ingredients

cup
brinjals
sliced
1
tbsp
ghee/clarified butter
salt to taste
¼
tsp
cumin
a
pinch
of asafoetida
¼
tsp
minced garlic
black pepper powder to taste
[approx 1 tsp]
Instructions
wash your brinjals and slice them. soak in a water and keep aside.
take a pan and heat ghee.add cumin and asafoetida.Asafoetida is totally optional.
add sliced brinjals and minced garlic.add salt to your taste and black pepper powder.
mix them well.
cook them for 10 min on medium flame.Check if brinjals are soft enough and cooked perfectly.
serve hot with chapati and rice.
