| 2/3 cup approx, after boiling this will yield 1.5 cup

for white sauce:

for cauliflower:

cauliflower

of red chili powder

garlic paste

Instructions
cauliflower preparation,
take a mixing bowl, and add cauliflower.
add garlic paste.
add some red chili powder and chili flakes.
add some mix herbs.
add some olive oil.
add curd and mix well.
now , heat pan.
add cauliflower and roast it until brown.
keep aside.
preparing sauce mixture,
add some milk in bowl.
add cornflour.
add maida.
add salt to taste.
add some herbs.
prepare a lump free mixture.
pasta preparation,
boil water and add salt and few drops of oil.
add pasta and boil until softened.
heat pan.
heat oil in a pan.
add garlic and roast it.
add sauce mixture and cook.
cook the mixture until thickens.
add pasta and cook along with sauce for 3-4 mins.
add cauliflower on the top.
serve hot.
