Curd Rice, Thayir Sadam Recipe
Curd rice is a very famous south Indian recipe made from cooked rice combining tempered curd in it. The recipe is very light and has minimal flavours.

cooked rice

curd/yogurt

dry red chili

curry leaves

milk
Instructions
take a mixing bowl and transfer cooked rice to it.
mash the rice little bit.
add curd.
add green chilies.
add milk.
heat oil in tadka pan.
add mustard and cumin.
add red chilies and curry leaves.
pour this tadka on curd rice mixture.
mix it well.
enjoy.

you can add ginger paste to make it more flavorful.
You can add chana dal in tadka.
you can even add cashews and raisins in this recipe along with fresh pomegranates.
