maple syrup

chili oil
drizzle as required

Instructions
Cook noodles
Boil according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

If using vegetables
Heat oil in the pan, add a little bit of garlic, soy sauce, and vegetables. Sauté on medium flame until golden brown.

1 bell pepper,
½ teaspoon soy sauce
Make the base
In a bowl, add chili oil, and sauteed vegetables. Add maple if you want. Add salt pepper according to your taste.

Combine
Toss hot noodles directly into the bowl and mix well.
Finish
Top with chopped green onions and serve promptly.
