to boil cauliflower
salt to taste

ginger chili paste

turmeric powder

Instructions
cut the cauliflower finely and boil it in salted water first.
drain it and keep it aside.
now, take a pan and heat it.
heat oil.
add cumin.
when they crackle, add saffron and roast it.
add ginger chili paste and saute.
add turmeric powder and red chili powder.
add salt to your taste.
saute.
add boiled cauliflower and mix.
add sugar.
add water and mix.
cook the gobi for 5 mins.
serve hot with chapatis.
